Job Description: Operations Manager
Scarborough Harbour Brewing Co are a craft brewery with magical views of the harbour they call home. Aside from brewing award winning beers, they have an onsite kitchen serving brewpub food 5 days a week for lunch/dinner. The venue has 2 levels, with 2 bars.
A fantastic opportunity to join the team in the beautiful venue situated on the marina on Redcliffe Peninsula.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in the hands on, day to day operations of hospitality venues.
- Ability to be adaptable and responsive to customer needs.
- Well organised, with a passion for hospitality and delivering a unique and memorable experience to customers.
- A team player and a team builder
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the day to day operations in a hands on role
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures
- Responsible for the smooth, efficient running of the venue
- Responsible for communication with BOH
- Focus on maintaining and building a great team
