Carlton’s Lincoln Hotel will be the host venue for a six course feast centred around the many varied beverages of Tasmania’s Two Metre Tall. With founder/brewer Ashley Huntington also being a farmer, he’s ensured a stellar lineup of high quality foods will be accompanying the beverages (think along the lines of pig and steer prepared through high quality rearing, ageing and butchering).
This is one of a handful of events being hosted by the Pep Alliance which is bringing chefs, restaurateurs and producers together for a range of one-off events held at some of Victoria’s top food and booze venues.
