Help us find and crown the king or queen of beer in Brisbane at the inaugural Brewniverse Pageant.
We've hooked up with Mornington Peninsula Brewery and The Transcontinental Hotel for a Brewsvegas event with a difference.
Anyone who reckons they're a bona fide beer nut/legend/all star is invited to take part in the Pageant, putting themselves through a series of tasks and challenges in front of an "expert" panel. Only one will triumph and be crowned Brewniverse Pageant King or Queen.
The winner will also get a swag of merch and beer from Mornington Peninsula Brewery, have a beer renamed in their honour, feature in a Beer Nuts article on this site and get a lifetime membership of The Crafty Cabal.
Among the Mornington Peninsula beers pouring will be new brew Double Hop Culture, while you can check out the five contestants here.
