Fancy a bit of fantasy this Halloween? The team at the Goldmines Hotel are helping foodies live out a dream this Friday as they put on a five course Heston Blumenthal-style feast.
Chefs Justin McPhail and Lee Bryant from Dejustation will be re-creating some of Heston's famous recipes, on top of their own creations, all of which will fit into the Halloween theme.
Each course will be paired with a beer from that incomparably Halloweeney country of the USA, including brews from Brooklyn Brewery and other North Coast breweries.
Guests are encouraged to dress up for the occasion in their finest Halloween garb and come ready for Trick or Treating in the venue's renowned beer garden (which, incidentally, was voted in the top 10 beer gardens of Australia, no less).
