Tasmania is famed for its fresh, local produce and the characters who make it. So what better way to get enjoy all of them by heading along to the Taste of Tasmania festival at the end of the month.
There will be an abundance of food and entertainment, but more importantly there'll be good local beer.
The folks at Seven Sheds have told us that, this year, most of the brewers (which also includes the likes of IronHouse, Moo Brew and Morrison) will be in The Paddock which has waterfront seating and they reckon is probably the best place at the whole event to enjoy a view of Hobart while indulging in a few treats.
Entry is free for the festival which runs from December 28 to January 3 so there's plenty of opportunity to pop along and try some fine, fine produce if you're in the area.
