For the vast majority of people, their experience of hospitality at the hands of Hargreaves Hill will have come at their splendid Yarra Glen restaurant.
On occasion, however, they have held events at their rather less pretty but rather more important (it's where the beer is made, after all) brewery in Lilydale.
And now they've lined up three evenings on which you can join them where the magic happens.
Food Truck Fridays run throughout March from 4.30pm to 8pm with beer on tap and featuring the following food hawkers:
- March 13 - Dude Food
- March 20 - Gumbo Kitchen
- March 27 - Locavore Studio
The brewery is at Factory 60, 64 to 80 Beresford Rd, Lilydale.
Anyone that lets the brewery know they're coming via their Facebook page goes into a draw for a bottle of the extremely limited 2014 Phoenix Imperial Red Ale.
