It's busy times for the team behind Brother Burger and the Marvellous Brew.
For Star Wars Day, the original Fitzroy joint has lined up three beers in which the force is strong.
They are:
- Mountain Goat's Imperial Stormtrooper Pilsner
- Holgate Brewhouse's Millennium Falcon IPA
- Dennis Brewing Company's Obi-Wan Shinobi
They've also lined up a "Han Shot First" special: a shot of bourbon or tequila with Death Star cheesy potato balls followed by The Force burger (basically pretty much everything in a burger you could wish for, including onion rings) with a 310ml glass of one of the above beers – all for $35.
Drop in any time to sample. There will be prizes for the best themed dress too.
Then, on Wednesday, their second venture will open in Chapel Street, South Yarra, as they bring a much-needed injection of quality craft beer to the south of the river in Melbourne.
