It may be Manly's Food, Wine & Sustainability Festival, but for the first time local brewers are going to be there in good numbers.
It's a sign of the changing times that barely a year ago 4 Pines was the only brewer on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Now they've been joined by the likes of Nomad, Modus Operandi, Flat Rock Brew Cafe and Dad & Dave's, with the promise of more to come.
Four of those will be on hand over the weekend of May 30-31, pouring their wares and helping celebrate the best of local produce alongside plenty of music, cooking demonstrations and a sustainability hub at Taste of Manly.
The annual festival apparently brings in more than 15,000 people to the iconic Manly beach and its Corso, so join them by heading along either day between 11.30am and 5pm and show your support for local brewers.
