With so many new things happening in the craft beer world it's sometimes easy to forget that there are plenty of brewers that have been around longer than many current drinkers have been on this earth.
One of those is Sydney's Lord Nelson Pub and Brewery which, this June, is putting on its 29th annual beer dinner - no small achievement.
The dinner is their annual tribute to all things ale, with a mixture of new and old beers presented by brewer Andrew Robson and managing director Blair Hayden. It will, of course, be accompanied by a feast fit for the old pub, typically designed around seasonal produce.
So head along and help The Lord celebrate its final year as a twenty-something. Tickets are $110 and can be booked by contacting the venue.
This dinner was originally planned for July but has been rescheduled to September.
