Over one afternoon, Bendigo will become home to a moveable beer festival as Bendigo on the Hop returns for a second year.
Twenty-two brewers will be pouring beers at 11 of the city's best craft beer-supporting venues as attendees wander between them armed with tasting tokens, the Bendigo Beer Booklet and a sense of adventure.
As well as sampling beers – some appearing for the first time – they'll come across live entertainment organised by the Blues and Roots Fest and matched food showcasing local produce too.
The full story of the event, which sold out in its first year in 2014, can be found in our interview with its founder Trev Birks here.
The brewers and venues taking part are:
The Rifle Brigade Hotel
Rocks on Rosalind
Mr Beebes Eating House
The Exchange
- Coopers Brewery and Holgate Brewhouse
GPO Bendigo
Barzurk
Grill’d Bendigo
The Taphouse Bendigo
The Metro & Puggs Irish Bar
- Feral Brewing Company and KAIJU! Beer

Aside from that, all you need to know is that tickets cost $50pp and get you a glass and heaps of tokens. You can snap yours up here.
Participating venues open from 11am and close around 5pm. There will be an after party in the city too.
