While most venues are trying to keep a bit of balance with their State of Origin tap lineups ahead of Game 3 of the rugby league series, Harts Pub is playing the partisan.
To show that their allegiances sit firmly with NSW, they've invited Modus Operandi to take over 10 taps for the night.
This will include the first ever release of Cream of the Hop #1, a beer brewed for an experimental hop program using an as yet unnamed and unreleased Australian hop variety that MO was invited to try out.
