Port Macquarie's Little Brewing Company have long possessed a fine lineup of regular beers, but adding the likes of the Fastidious Bastard IPA and Death Between The Tanks double IPA in very recent years has certainly helped them capture a bit more attention in the eyes of the hop-minded beer cognoscenti.
With that in mind, they're set to launch a couple of new single hop IPAs.
On November 5 Glebe's Forest Lodge Hotel will be the setting for a Little Brewing six tap takeover, with Warwick Little in the house launching two new beers and heading a four course degustation. The beers lined up for the evening are:
- Wicked Elf Kolsch
- Wicked Elf Pale Ale
- Single Hop Citra IPA
- Single Hops Galaxy IPA
- Little Brewing Fastidious Bastard IPA
- Little Brewing Death Between the Tanks Double IPA
To get you in the mood, here's how they'll be paired with food:
- Antipasto plate (on arrival)
- Duck san choi bao + Kolsch
- Spicy buffalo chicken sliders + Fastidious Bastard
- Seafood risotto with prawns, fish, squid and mussels + Pale Ale
- Flourless chocolate cake with raspberries and double cream + Death Between The Tanks DIPA
