The July Brewer's Table Dinner at The Empire Hotel is set to be an epic mid-winter Christmas.
The brewer at the heart of the affair will be Warwick Little from Port Macquarie's Little Brewing Company, creator of fine ales of all styles but with a particular knack for strong Belgian beers. The now annual Belgian Quad Christmas Ale stands as the weighty bookend of their range, reliably clocking in at over 11 percent ABV.
For this dinner you'll get to try three of them with the 2013 (AIBA trophy winner for best Belgian & French style beer), 2014 and 2015 versions comprising a hefty vertical tasting. In addition, there'll be four other Little Brewing beers so you'll get to enjoy seven in total, paired with four courses of food.
