Canberra's Durham Castle Arms does a fine job representing independent Aussie breweries through their taps and on Thursday 18 February they're turning over almost all of them to one of the very best new breweries of recent years.
The team from Modus Operandi will be heading south armed with seven of their regularly award-winning brews:
- Kite Flyer
- Modus Pale (current Champion Australian Pale Ale)
- Cream of the Hop #4
- Pepper in the Rye Farmhouse Saison
- Former Tenant Red IPA
- Zoo Feeder IPA
- Silent Knight Porter
If you're a Canberra native that's not yet had the pleasure of discovering what all the fuss is about, the above are due to to hit the taps by 5pm so get down and make a night of it.
