As part of the Tasting Australia festival which celebrates the best of South Australian cuisine, the team at Prancing Pony has been invited to bring their beers to the heart of Adelaide's ibis Hotel for a degustation dinner.
The evening will feature a four course meal that has been prepared specifically for the event by the hotel's Executive Chef to match four of the SA brewer's beers. They'll be sending a brewer along for the evening to help guide you through all the delicious details. The menu goes a little something like this...
