The craft beer scene has come alive in South Australia, and particularly Adelaide, in the past couple of years.
But while it's great to have heaps of new bars, pubs and breweries joining those that have been laying the foundations, it helps to have a big festival too.
That's where the Adelaide Beer & BBQ Festival comes in. Launched in 2015, when it drew thousands to the Adelaide Showgrounds, it's returning bigger and beerier in 2016.
Once again, the organisers are taking over the Brick Dairy Pavilion and adjoining lawns for the 2016 bash, which runs across four sessions from July 8 to 10. There will be heaps of brewers, live music, seminars, BBQ food and more.

Ticket prices start from $25 plus BF for single sessions through to $60 plus BF for weekend passes. Grab yours here.
The Crafty Pint will be taking part in the seminars on the Saturday and we're also bringing the hugely popular Pint of Origin from Melbourne's Good Beer Week to Adelaide for the first time. Six venues will be showcasing the best of the six Aussie states over the week leading up to the festival – look out for full details soon.
