Altair in Warrandyte is one of those progressive fine dining restaurants that's not content with turning out amazing food and being on those 'wine lists of the year'. They're one of the still relative few to give beer a fair go on their menu, possessing a tight but very tidy range that mostly shines a light on their local brewers. But for one evening all their attention will be squarely focused on just one: Edge Brewing.
On Thursday August 4 they'll be inviting Edge's Adam Betts in for an evening to share the story of good beer and gypsy brewing. It will be centred around a six course menu, each of which will be paired to a different Edge beer.
