In celebration of International Beer Day, the team from Good Beer Company is using the occasion to give something back to the community beyond beer.
On Friday August 5 their three crafty Sydney venues – Dove & Olive, Keg & Brew and The DOG Hotel – will all be pouring Karma Kegs of some of Australia’s most popular beers; Feral’s Hop Hog, 4 Pines’ Pale Ale and Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale.
The way it works on this occasion is that each beer will cost you $8.50, but you can choose to pay more. Why on earth would you want to pay more? Because all the proceeds are going to the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation to help sick and injured children get better care.
Kegs will be on all day and reps from each brewery will be along from about 4pm, so get along and do some good while drinking the good stuff.
