The well-known beer loving chef and all-round television personality Paul Mercurio will be bringing some of the best of his most recent recipes to Canberra's BentSpoke Brewing Co to share an evening of happiness and hoppiness.
Over the course of the evening he'll be cooking up three courses as a demonstration of what you can do when adding brews to your food, plus there'll be another three courses made in-house using recipes from his 2015 book, Cooking With Beer. On top of the six dishes, the BentSpoke crew will ensure the beer keeps flowing.
Tickets are $69 and you'll have to book in advance if you want to save a spot as they're limited – either call 6257 5220 or pop into the brewery to pick up a ticket.
