Prepare the loins for giddiness because Garage Project is coming to take you on a speed date.
Brewski in Brisbane has lined up a long lunch at which you get to spend precious moments alone at a table with the high-flying Wellington brewery's co-founder Jos Ruffell to do as you please and confess whatever feelings you've been holding in.
During the time you're not gazing into Jos' eyes, you'll be eating three courses and drinking eight Garage Project beers, with the menu laid out as follows:
Entree
Seared scallops with a mango, ginger and chilli purée, topped with coriander and fresh lime with Hops on Pointe Champagne pilsner
Main
Sesame and soy roasted wagyu rump with an Asian style lemongrass and kaffir lime slaw with Texas Tea brown ale
Dessert
Beetroot stout infused chilli chocolate mousse with a Beetroot and cinnamon shortbread with Red Velvet Beetroot stout
In between and after courses you'll be partaking in glasses of the following:
- Venusian Pale Ale
- Garagista IPA
- Los Lobos IPA
- Pan Pacific Amber Ale
- Pernicious Weed Imperial IPA
There are only 20 spots available for those wishing to spend the afternoon wooing Jos' heart, so you'll need to book smartly. Tickets are $125 and can be booked here.
