If you’re a beer lover of the fairer sex, make plans to head to the Hophaus where they’re putting on a beer lunch for the ladies, hosted by the ladies. Well, one lady in particular: Jayne Lewis, founder of the flock and chief brewer at Footscray’s Two Birds Brewing.
She’ll be bringing some special treats to share alongside food from Hophaus Head Chef Damian Love with the overall aim of aiding in your understanding and appreciation of beer in its many forms.
It’s happening on Thursday October 6 between the very respectable hours of 1pm to 4pm, so you’d best plan to take the afternoon off.
