Following their forays into the world of beer dinners in 2016, The Winston in western Sydney is bringing them back in 2017 by featuring one of the stalwarts of the Aussie beer scene.
On Tuesday March 28 Mountain Goat will be the feature guest, bringing four beers to pair with four courses, as follows:

The food...
- Pan seared scallops with sweet corn puree, crisp prosciutto & lemon butter
- Pork Two Ways: twice cooked pork belly with pickled ginger & spiced pork sausage with smoked onion jam
- Dry spiced & smoked beef short rib with charred heirloom carrots, potato puree, smoked shallots & red wine reduction
- Salted caramel créme brûlée with fresh cream and berries
Each food course comes with a matching beer, and there'll be cheap pricing on extra beers if you're feeling particularly thirsty.
Tickets are $75 and can be booked here. Bookings are essential.
If you're worried about overindulging, there'll be a courtesy bus doing local pick-ups and drop-offs to help you get home safe.
