After so many years of hosting Ale Stars, this month’s session at The Local Taphouse in Darlinghurst may be the first time the feature guest is not a brewer, but a bottleshop owner.
Gracing the stage this time around will be the team from Marrickville’s Bucket Boys, a new breed of all-encompassing bottleshop which dabbles in distribution of lesser known breweries and also produces its own (usually very interesting) beers by way of small batch brewing and collaborations.
On this evening you’ll get to enjoy a selection of them with usual Ale Stars hosts Doc, Tom and Liam there to guide and entertain in equal measure. You'll also get nibbles and entry to the trivia.
