It’s time for the first of a series of beer grudge matches according to Tim Baxter, the man in charge at Bendigo’s The Dispensary Enoteca. And to start off he is matching the might of Victoria’s craft beers against those of our cousins across the ditch, the Kiwis.
Tim is keeping the identities of the 10 beers being poured under wraps as he thinks a blind tasting will keep the focus on the beers not international rivalries.
Punters will be asked to vote and at day’s end a winner will declared.
