How good is it to be past the days when it was thought that wine was the only natural match for cheese?
We all know now how well cider and beer can match cheese and Adelaide’s The Gilbert Hotel is hosting an event that will showcase this.
Beers from the Lobethal Bierhaus and Little Creatures and cider from The Hills Cider Co will be teamed up with the cheeses from Woodside Cheese Wrights.
