Being so close to the water in Manly it’s not unusual to expect that seafood may be high on the agenda for the kitchen staff at Murray’s At Manly.
But a six course degustation menu with crab as the key ingredient for every course?
If anything, it shows that it’s not just the brewers who are trying to push the boundaries at Murray’s.
Each of the courses will, of course, be matched with one of Murray’s beers.
