Dejustation presents Spring Lamb

Those that have followed the growth of his various interests would know that Justin McPhail seems to be a font of boundless energy and ideas when it comes to celebrating his passions: good food, great drink and the possibilities offered by both of these in Bendigo and Central Victoria.

His latest venture, dejustation, looks to bring all of these elements together by creating unique dining and drinking experiences.

The first event Spring Lamb will be held at The Goldmines Hotel on the 17th of November. Chef Lee Bryant will create a six course, whole beast style menu, that will be matched with craft beer and wine.
