GBW: Recovery Roast at the Great Northern Hotel

If you’ve enjoyed Good Beer Week to its fullest, then you might just be in need of a hearty meal – washed down with some choice beers, of course – to round off the week. The Great Northern in North Carlton will be offering up just that in the form of a choice of Sunday roasts.
The pub is also taking off some of its regular taps throughout Good Beer Week to show off a few of the best craft brewers from across Australia. It already has the only two permanent Feral taps in the east and for one week only will be adding beers from Canberra’s Wig & Pen, Moo Brew and the Raging Bull from WA’s Bootleg Brewery, the last of which weighs in at 7.9% so is perhaps with which to postpone the recovery!
