MFWF: Argentinean Feast and True South Brews

The kitchen at True South has been coming in for some serious love since they brought in Argentinean head chef Mauro Callegari. With brewer Sam Füss knocking out some fine brews too, it makes an awful lot of sense to combine the two for some Melbourne Food & Wine Festival fun by the beach.
So True South is hosting two sittings of “An Argentinean Feast and True South Brews”, a five-step menu inspired by the grilled, the smoked and the roasted.
What’s going to be on the menu? Take your pick from Empanada – Humita – Summer Ale – Carne – Molleja – Pilsner – Chorizo – Morcilla – Zapallo – Pale Ale – Menta – Torta Frita – Chimichurri – Dulce De Leche – Arroz Con Leche – Dark Ale…
