Join The Crafty Pint as we welcome international brewing superstar Mikkel Borg Bjergsø to the Mountain Goat brewery for a special evening.
Mikkel and Goat co-founder Dave Bonighton are joining forces to create a one-off brew combining their talents and you can be there to witness it and pick their brains at the same time.
While the brew takes shape, we’ll be hosting a degustation dinner featuring a range of Goat and Mikkeller beers on the brewery floor for around 30 people, where the brewers will join us as we enjoy food created by chefs from the 36 Collective – a mysterious Melbourne association that pulls together chefs from the city’s leading restaurants to create one-night-only menus before disappearing once more into the shadows.
It promises to be an intimate occasion to remember in the company of two great brewers, enjoying exquisite food and beer in the shadow of the tanks.
