MFWF: We Heart Offal

No one does offal quite like Josie Bones.
So, for their Melbourne Food & Wine Festival dinner, they’re going the whole hog (and probably a few other animals too) for an evening they’re calling the “Ultimate in Adventurous Dining”.
We Heart Offal is a “weird, wild and wonderful” seven course dinner that will take diners through the inner workings of animals from “nose to tail and everywhere in between”.
Each course is matched to interesting wines and beers.
Tickets cost $120pp with dinner kicking off at 7pm on March 7.
