JOB DESCRIPTION: CRAFT BEER AMBASSADOR – SYDNEY

Two Birds Brewing is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and beer-passionate ambassador, who will be responsible for representing their brand and building sales in Sydney and the surrounding area.
The position is for a goal orientated person and you will be an integral member of a small, dynamic team in a growing industry. With an established network of contacts in the industry, you will secure new business, while maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts. Targeting both on-premise and off-premise outlets, you will be responsible for revenue growth and increased market share.
Job Functions
Maintain and build existing retailer and venue relationships and develop new business- Successful sale, distribution and growth of our products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Increase brand awareness through on and off-premise events
- Assist in the development of the sales and growth strategy
Job Requirements
- A strong knowledge of the industry and sales techniques
- Ability to prioritise and focus independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong networking ability and high self motivation to succeed
- A passion for, and knowledge of, craft beer
- A background and contacts in beer sales is preferred
- Flexible work schedule, night and weekend work will be required
- All candidates should reside in or around the Sydney area
- Valid driver's license and use of a car everyday
The role requires an individual who has a great work attitude, a natural sales ability and is ready to work in a small, dedicated team. This is a brand new role, so the successful person must have initiative and be capable of building the role and responsibilities in line with the Two Birds Brewing strategic plan, mission and values.
The successful person will need to work independently and enjoy the challenge of being part of a developing business.
