The beer scene in and around Brisbane continues to expand apace. Opening later this year is Helios Brewing Co, which will call the city's Southside home. As they approach launch, they're on the search for an experienced brewer to join the team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER
Helios Brewing Co is a family owned start up brewery on Brisbane’s Southside. We are looking for an innovative and experienced brewer to run all aspects of operations from raw materials management and brewing on the new 15bbl system through to managing the bar.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help build a successful brewery through refinement of existing recipes and development of new ones. Helios is willing to assist with relocation costs for the right brewer.
