Thunder Road Brewing’s Brunswick brewery is located in the heart of Melbourne’s Inner North and opens to the public each weekend. They are currently looking for brewer to join the team there as Production Assistant.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
From its home in Brunswick, Thunder Road Brewing Co operates a keg focused, medium-size brewery operation and small pub pilot brewing system.
Key responsibilities:
- Brewing
- Plant CIP
- Kegging
- Centrifuge/filtration
- General plant cleaning
- Raw material and chemical handling
- Record keeping
- Maintenance
- Forklift operation
- Rotating shift worker
Key attributes:
- Hard working
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Able to follow SOP’s
- Serious attitude to OHS
- Computer literate
- Good communicator
Advantageous:
- Brewing or related science qualifications
The successful applicant will report to the Production Manager and Quality Manager.
