JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER
Homestead Brewery is based in the Swan Valley and is seeking Expressions of Interest for an Assistant Brewer to join the brewery team. We are looking for someone who has a real passion for beer and good knowledge of the craft beer industry.
You will be working with a new Schulz 20hl Brewery in our state of the art facility. You will be starting employment immediately (can be flexible for the right candidate).
A tertiary brewing qualification or a food science background is preferable, however experience and knowledge is viewed with equal importance. A forklift license and OHS training is also desired.

This is a permanent full-time role. The brewery operates 7 days and therefore weekend work may be required.
