Brewiks microbrewery is a European designed 2-vessel brew house perfect for a microbrewery, hotel, and pub restaurant setup.
The system is a simple electric plug and play setup that is on wheels and can be moved around when not in use with a user friendly built in touch screen display.
The two vessels consist of a mash/kettle tun and lauter/whirlpool tun. The mash/kettle tun has a capacity of 290 litres and also features a built in heat exchanger and pump for all your transfer needs.
The brew house is heated by two 7kW heaters that heat the thermo oil within the mash/kettle tun meaning that heat distribution is very even and there are no direct contact heaters with the mash or wort making cleaning a breeze. Additionally the thermal capacity of the thermo oil allows for instant heating of cold water for sparging. Brewing can be conducted without the need for a hot liquor tank.
