With their new brewery taking shape in their shed on Bob's Farm, Murray's is preparing for the next stage in its existence, one that's moving ever further away from its beginnings in the famous Pub With No Beer. First up is the addition of a third beer to its year round packaged range as the Rudeboy Pilsner takesits Quadrophenia-esque stylings from tap to bottle. Head brewer Shawn Sherlock is a bona fide Kiwi hop man and Kiwi hops love few beers - if any - as much as a pilsner, with this New World take on the classic Czech style using Motueka and Pacifica hops from across the Tasman to add citrus aromatics and a distinct bitterness to the sweet European malt backbone.
