This traditional Pilsener (made with European style malts and noble hops) is flawless, easy-drinking and, unsurprisingly, a crowd favourite at White Brick.
Before you sip, take some time to appreciate the incredible clarity of this one. Then, when you’re ready, enjoy the mild earthy aroma (thank the Saaz hops for that). The taste is delicate, with the low malt profile allowing the fermentation flavours to come through. Gentle lemon notes and bitterness linger for just a moment, before dropping off and leaving your palate clean. (And for those interested in brewing geekery: no brewing salts were used, with the soft brewing water lending a smoother edge to the Pilsener.)
