Beer Rocky Ridge Pilsner

After a brief period of relative quietness for the Rocky Ridge team – just four or so new releases in a few months – they’re ready to hit the ground running for the thirsty summer months ahead and have launched a fresh salvo with this crisp Pilsner – a beer designed to beat the heat.

Carefully lagered for approximately three months, with the result it pours with a crystalline clarity, the real star of the show is a skillfully curated malt bill. A super clean and light base has been enhanced with a selection of WA grown specialty malts that yield rich, bready notes and crisp, lingering biscuit flavours that pair well with delicate spicy, floral and grassy hop aromas.

The Rocky Ridge Pilsner is ready for summer lovin’.
