4 Hearts Super Model

Super Model first appeared in a few small batches throughout 2019, but its popularity among Ipswich locals quickly prompted 4 Hearts to lock it in as a regular. This mid-strength nestles comfortably between the Ipswich Challenger and their Limestone Pale Ale, and now that it’s in tinnies, it comes in at a single standard drink per can to make for easy beer maths.

This pale ale uses all Australian ingredients: hops from Tasmania and Victoria, Voyager malts from the Riverina and yeast from Toowoomba… as well as Ipswich water, of course. An almost Champagne-like body carries big passionfruit notes and subtle orange, but somehow the beer remains a clean drinker, with none of the hubris you might accumulate from strutting up and down the catwalk.
