First released in 2019, Future Mountain’s Incantation was given a bit of a remix in 2020 just as the weather started to heat up. The “Farmhouse Table Beer” is an easy-drinking 3.4 percent ABV and is one designed to be shared; historically maybe during a farmworker’s lunchbreak in Wallonia but more recently at a park, with olives, soft cheeses and finksa.
To better accommodate sharing the beer, the brewery and blendery made the move to release it in 750ml bottles; making it the Future Mountain's first in larger bottles and a far larger release than regular for the Reservoir brewers. Inside, you’ll find the beer pours a pale gold and provides a real mix of foraged flavours, from lime zest, to dandelion and a light straw. It’s highly effervescent, while holding an impressively full mouthfeel for a lower ABV beer, along with a herbal bitterness and a funky yeast-derived finish. Enjoy it in your sun Australia and may all your games of finska end in arguments.
