Molly Rose are always working away on new sours and IPAs and to see out 2022, the Collingwood brewery have a couple of fresh tins. In sour’s corner, they’ve been tinkering away on Tinker, a barrel-fermented sour that’s plenty tart but brings the kind of fruity notes you might better expect in a hazy pale. To be specific, we’re talking nectarine, citrus and honeydew melon, while a touch of lemon rind joins the experiment too.
Meanwhile, Pacific IPA is a West Coast showcase of Australia’s always-popular Galaxy hops and America's superstar, Citra. That duo ensures a heavy dose of fruits with passionfruit, mango, grapefruit and freshly-squeeze orange juice all coming together on a soft and lush body, with a bitter finish to make for a melding of old school West Coast and more modern haze train.
