Just when you start to think the folks at Carwyn Cellars couldn't possibly raise the bar any higher, they go and announce the lineup for their 2017 Into The Barrel event. It is, to put it mildly, epic. 

Over the course of nine days, beginning August 5, they'll be tapping no less than 30 barrel aged beers of all kinds and from all over the world:

And, in order to complete the circle, each of those listed above will be paired with a barrel aged spirit. 

If you'd like to go in depth, on the opening day Hawkers will be hosting a ticketed masterclass which will dig to the bottom of barrel ageing. Spots are very limited and tend to sell quickly, so grab one here.
