They've been laying on some pretty epic beer dinners at Baby Mammoth of late. And, when you're on a roll, why stop?
For their next event they're teaming up with the folks from the Beer Farm for a degustation that will feature the Metricup brewery's India Pale Lager, Milk Stout, the Dr Seuss-sounding barrel aged Shirazzaweisse and the yet-to-be-released-anywhere-else Saltbush Caramel Barley Wine.
Alongside that will be a specially prepared four course feast, centred around aged beef from the cows at the Beer Farm reared on the spent grain from the brewery (it's all deliciously circuitous).
And, throughout, you'll have head brewer Josh Thomas as your host to answer all things of a beery nature and beyond.
