River Cottage Australia Beer Dinner at Stomping Ground (VIC)

If you've been following the fortunes of River Cottage Australia chef Paul West as he explores the food we consume and tries his hand at creating a sustainable farm, you may well be interested in this event. 

Paul recently got hands-on with Stomping Ground head brewer Ashur Hall (well, hands-on with his brewery...) and the pair have came up with a collaborative beer, the Saison a L’Orange. 

It'll be launched at a special three course dinner on Wednesday August 23 amidst a menu developed and cooked by Paul and the SG chefs to follow the paddock to plate ethos of the show.
