Queensland's fast rising and highly rated Brouhaha Brewery is sending a rare sortie south for a showcase at Carwyn Cellars.
There will be 12 beers in all, all delivered fresh and cold from the Sunshine Coast and amongst them will be the Golden Circle Fruit Cup New England IPA, a collaboration with Carwyn locals 3 Ravens that uses a cut of the yeast from the Thornbury brewery's Juicy IPA, as well as oranges, pineapple and passionfruit.
Here's how the taps will line up:
- 'Middle of the Road' Mid strength pale ale
- NZ Pale Ale
- Amber Ale
- Blonde
- American Wheat
- Mango & Passionfruit Wheat
- Dry Hopped Sour
- Raspberry Saison
- 'Golden Circle Fruit Cup' NEIPA (3 Ravens collaboration)
- Milk Stout
- Raisin Hell Rum & Raisin Dubbel
- Imperial Stout
For good measure, they'll also be tapping a keg of 3 Ravens Juicy that will have be kegged the day before.
