The Australian National Homebrewing Conference (ANHC) has been holding its annual Pairing Dinner for the best part of a decade now, pairing top chefs with the country's best homebrewers for an evening of hearty feasting.
This year's event takes place once more at the William Angliss Institute, where the chefs will be working with Dai Duong from Uncle to create dishes paired with beers from four champion brewers.
The four course feast will feature a modern Vietnamese menu alongside traditional European beer styles given a 21st century spin and is hosted by Paul Mercurio.
It takes place on October 21, 2017, with tickets costing $110pp.
