It will be hosted by the brewery's founder and industry stalwart Richard Adamson and will feature not only their beer, but their house brewed gin alongside a rather tasty looking menu made specially for the event, which is as follows:
- Grilled scallop, pea puree, black pudding, lemon oil paired with Natural Lager
- Coffee spiced chargrilled hanger steak slider, lettuce, tomato, black garlic mayonnaise paired with Newtowner
- Smoked pumpkin tartine, crisp pancetta, chargrilled witlof and rehydrated fig paired with Cloudy Cider
- Maple & chilli-spiced buttermilk chicken rib slow roasted crispy skin pork belly, apple slaw, salted chilli caramel paired with Real Ale
- Lemon lime curd with tonic shortcrust crumble paired with Noble Cut Gin
