If you attended GABS in May, you may have encountered a particularly intense beer from Mountain Goat. Their festival beer, Quetzalacatenango Infernal Pale Ale, was loaded up with Carolina Reaper and Ghost Chillies and delivered a seriously hot finish.
Clearly, the team at the brewery enjoyed the experience as they've lined up an even hotter event as we head towards summer.
They've brewed another keg of Quetzalacatenango Infernal and are inviting you to pair it with chicken wings (or cauliflower if you’re vego) and one of a range of sauces:
- Carolina Reaper
- Classic Buffalo
- Sweet Barbecue
- Blue Cheese
with the first two created by in-house Chilli Master and brewer Kenny (the man responsible for the single keg beer too).
Doors open at 5pm.
