Forget the twelve days of Christmas. How about the twelve beers of Caboose?
For beer lovers, the Perth bar's celebration of its first birthday is likely to hold rather more appeal as it features a twelve tap brewer's battle – and burgers.
They've invited locals Innate Brewers, Nowhereman, Blasta and Feral to each bring three beers to the taps on December 16, and also to put forward their own accompanying burger – with a sauce made from one of the beers – to try and win your hearts and the crown.
After wiping the sticky sauce from your fingers, you can have a bash at the Nintendo battle that'll be taking place on the big screen, or swing your arms around in some alfresco ping pong. There'll also be a DJ playing into the late evening.
It all kicks off at about 2pm.
